Take a muslin cloth put moong dal rub in muslin cloth.
Take a wok put moong dal dry roast in light brown color and grind in coarsely.
Take a wok put clarified butter hot then add grinded dal saute in slow heat then add dry fruits,milk,saffron milk and condensed milk and grated mawa mix make a halwa.
Then serve moong dal halwa garnish tutti frutti and whole cashews.
