  • Moong dal 1cup


  • Milk 2cups


  • Condensed milk 50 ml


  • Clarified butter 2tbsp


  • Saffron milk 2tsp


  • Chop mixed dry fruit 2tsp


  • Whole cashew 5 pcs


  • Tutti frutti 2tsp

Directions

  • Take a muslin cloth put moong dal rub in muslin cloth.
  • Take a wok put moong dal dry roast in light brown color and grind in coarsely.
  • Take a wok put clarified butter hot then add grinded dal saute in slow heat then add dry fruits,milk,saffron milk and condensed milk and grated mawa mix make a halwa.
  • Then serve moong dal halwa garnish tutti frutti and whole cashews.
